[17.04.09] Good News! Promotion Policy approved by BSNL Full Board on 16th April'09 after much discussion. Now, after cooling period of about a fortnight, it will be sent to DoT for approval, since new higher pay scales are being introduced. We are making all out efforts for early approval. - V.A.N.
