Association had a detailed discussion with GM(Pers) regarding posting of JTOs on promotion to SDE under seniority quota. We demanded that all of them has to be retained in the same Circle itself as 50% of the postings to tenure stations in the last promotion order was cancelled by the Management without following any criteria. We also requested to consider all the requests for posting on promotion and the requests which are not considered in the last comp. posting. The posting outside the circles will be limited to tenure Circles just to arrange substitutes for those who had joined in 2007 and completed their tenure. Orders for 2045 JTOs are expected tomorrow.
