Dear Comrade,

Your letter dated 1st May 2009 in hand on date. We really appreciate your anxiety and concerns for the common interest of the workers.
Of late we have observed that the management is ignoring the interest of the non-executive employees in matters of promotion, wage revision and on other issues, keeping this in view we have proposed on date 28-4-209 to the General Secretary, BSNLEU for Joint negotiation, struggle and agreement on the following issues.
1. Promotion policy for Group “C” and “D” staff at par with the Executives.
2. Wage Revision:
The General Secretary, BSNLEU has not responded to our proposal as yet. I am enclosing a copy of letter NO. TF-38/3 dated 25-4-2009 for your information and ready reference. NFTE-BSNL firmly stands for joint movement for betterment of the workers.
