Get moving on technology
As negotiators gather in Bonn these days to prepare ahead of the Copenhagen conference in December they should make headway on the role of technology co-operation in a new global climate agreement.

There is no way around it. Technology will become increasingly important in our efforts to deal with the towering challenge of climate change. If we apply the right technologies at the right pace we have a unique opportunity to combine global growth and creation of jobs with a transition to a sustainable, low-carbon economy
