Sub:- Regarding providing masks to CSC staff & grant of Special casual leave.
Respected Sir,
You are very well aware that now a day Swine flue is spreading all over India, especially in Maharashtra. As per media report near about 400 persons are affected by Swine flue & most of them are related to Pune city.
In this regard, your honor is requested to kindly may provide masks to the staff working in all CSCs. It is also brought to your kind notice that Master Swapnil Sunil Aragade affected by Swine flue who is son of our official Mrs. Sneha Sunil Aragade who is working in CSC Bajirao Road Pune. Hence it is also requested kindly Special casual leave may be granted to all the officials either who are affected by Swine flue or their dependents in family. Positive action in this regard is requested.
It is also suggested that precautionary measurement posters in r/o Swine flue may be displayed in all CSC in the interest of public. It will give positive massage to the public as well as our valuable customers.
