* The JAO Part-II Books are getting exhausted very fast.
* As there is considerable delay in SUPPLY OF BOOKS RELATING TO PAPER-XII, i.e. CPWD MANUAL, CPW Accounts CODE, and CPWD GUIDE BY Jairath by the publishers, there is also delay from my end. Persons who have booked for Paper-XI may therefore have to bear with me.
* I will be away from Delhi from 9th September to 14th September, 2009.
As such, only those orders which are received latest by 6th September 2009 (evening) will be despatched on or before 9th September.
Orders received on and from 7th September, 2009 will be despatched only from 15th September.

NOTIFICATION OF JAO PART-II (40% QUOTA) EXAMINATION

BSNL CORPORATE OFFICE HAS NOTIFIED THE DATE FOR JAO PART-II (40% QUOTA) INTERNAL COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION VIDE ITS No. 10-2/2007-DE dated 4.8.2009.
The Examination will be conducted in accordance with the Syllabus Circulated vide No. 4-29/2003-SEA (BSNL) dated 12.10.2004. (IT IS OLD SYLLABUS)
The dates of the examination is as under:
1. Telecom Accounts-I - Theory without books - Paper I - 30.11.2009 - 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon
2. Telecom Accounts-I - Practical with books - Paper II - 30.11.2009 - 02.00 p.m. to 04.30 p.m.
3. Telecom Accounts-I - Theory without books - Paper III - 01.12.2009 - 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon
4. Telecom Accounts-II - Practical with books - Paper IV - 01.12.2009 - 02.00 p.m. to 04.30 p.m.
5. Civil Works Accounts Rulesl & Procedure - with books - Paper V - 02.12.2009 - 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m.

LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS IS 14-09-2009.

BSNL JAO PART-II EXAM - SYLLABUS - BOOKS

JAO-Part-II Examination will be conducted only under Old Syllabus.

This is because the BSNL Management vide their letters
(i) No. 4-29/2003 SEA/BSNL dtd 12-10-2004 and (ii) Lr.No. 4-50/2004-SEA BSNL dtd 20-1-2005
had indicated that those who are sitting for JAO Part-I Screening Test would be given ONE LAST CHANCE to write the JAO Part-II Examination under Old Syllabus.
Now it will not be possible for BSNL to go back on the said assurance.
The Old JAO Part-II Syllabus is as under:

Paer-II Practical (With Books) 2.5 hrs 100 Marks
