I am very much unhappy to write this to you.

B.S.N.L.C.O., has issued the instructions to all Circle Heads to impose " NO WORK NO PAY " on Employees who participated in Strike on Dtd. 19th and 20th AUG., 2009. The same is endorsed to All SSA Heads by Circle Office.

You are aware that this issue is already raised by CHQ with Corporate Office, New Delhi and is under active consideration.

I would like to make it clear that we never expect our Field Unit Officers to violate the instructions issued by C.O./Circle Office. We are not expecting any undue favor from our Field Unit Officers in any Case.

All our Field Unit Officers i.e. DEs and SDEs and Accounts Wing Officers are implementing these Orders in Field Units very strictly with creating a great panic within our Members. I am receiving a number of complaints from my Union Executives from all over Gujarat Circle that our DEs and SDEs Cadre Officers are behaving with my members like their enemies .These Officers are not only threatening my Members but they are making their best efforts to discourage and demoralize my members.

I find this very much disappointing and against the spirit of our own fraternity and solidarity for each other.

I expect you to kindly advise all our Executive Cadre Field Units Officers not to mislead any Members, not to threaten any Members and to avoid all such acts by them which may lead towards unwarranted panic amongst the workers which may ultimately adversely affect the Trade Union Movement in our Circle.

I am expecting your immediate suitable actions in the context in the wider interest of our Unity and Fraternity in Gujarat Circle.
