Pension Problem : The 50% Merger and Revision of Pension for thos BSNL Employees retired between 1.10.2000 to 31.12.2009 is in doll drums. The main reason, as per reports is the non inclusion under Rule 37-A, the clauses available under Rule 37. As per report, DOT has closed the file and may process these cases under CDA.to suit the expectations of ITS. As BSNL retirees, as per Presidential orders, have severed their ties of Government Employees, legally they cannot be brought back to pension payment under CDA pattern. We have initiated steps to resolve this ticklish issue also.
