Minimum of the Pay Scale increased for NE1,NE2,NE3 than earlier proposal. For details of minimum pay scales click here
Span will normally be 18 years. Cases where problem exist on 30% Fitment or facing stagnation those areas will be protected by expanding the span.
Diet Allowance is dispensed with. Instead skill up gradation allowance will be introduced. The Quantum on this allowance & Transport Allowance will be finalised on 23.12.2009 and placed in the agreement.
On Pension necessary clause will be introduced in the agreement.
On Bonus the demand of the staff side for bilateral agreement through separate discussion will also find place in the agreement.
Remote locality, Hill, Tribal, Bad climate allowances will be increased to 75%.
All advances will be based upon the orders of Government of India
