The span of pay scales has been increased and Uniform supply will be continu.
Union will signed agreement on 13 th & Management will signed Final Agreement on 15-01-2010 respectively.

ReplyDeleteWe the Moga PB staff, send our heartiest congratulations on the greatest achievement in the new century, for BSNL employees by BSNLEUCHQ, by gifting wage revision in a fabulous way. Now opponents shall have nothing to say. For all of this major-est achievement, Com. Namboodiriji, our most beloved leader and the Honest and sincere team, including Circle Teams, has acted day & night, for which we all, on behalf of Moga Punjab BSNL staff, salute all of them. May all of them live long, so that they may work more for welfare and justice to all of us.
NOW A SINCERE & GENUINE REQUEST:
Now that the BSNL HQ ordered for holding JTO 35%-15% LICE for which only diploma/degree holders are allowed with conditions. But the senior staff members such as Sr TOAs who are non diploma/degree holder, are always deprived off, from such opportunities. Most of the senior staff members except new TTAs are in the same line.
If a senior Gp-C employee (non diploma/degree holder) with his capability of covering the JTO exam (with syllabus eqvt to B.Tech) passes the exam. then it will be natural justice for him, if he is allowed to appear in the 35-15% JTO LICE 2009 examination.
We deeply & heartily request your kindself to kindly take up the matter with BSNLHQ for amendment in JTO LICE rules to include such officials who are non degree diploma holders. It will be great moral-boosting & inspiration for such staff members, who are awaiting for more than 20 years to have some promotion with their capabilities to compete with the syllabus.
