United Forum Calls for Mass Meeting on 18.1.2010 at all places to explain to workers over the recent Wage Agreement in BSNL
Followed with the agreement signed by the members of the Wage Review Committee, bipartite agreement will be signed after the arrival CMD BSNL who is presently on tour.
The process of approval by BSNL Board, DOT & DPE is expected completion by Februray 2010. Most probably, new pay scales are likely from February or March salary onwards
New Bonus / PLI scheme will be finalised through discussion between Management and Staff Side. Staff Side will take necessary care over the proposed Performance Management System to the advantage of workers while negotiating with the management
