I beg to submit the following few lines for your kind information and necessary action please

As per above references the exam had to be conducted as per the old syllabus (i.e DOT Syllabus), and approved books are 1. Telecom Tariff At a Glance By S.Venkataraman edition up to Jan 2006 & edition Apr 2009, 2. P& T Man Vols IV, V XII, XIV, & Telecom A/Cs Manual Vol I, FHB Vol I, only these books are allowed for paper II Telecom Accounts-I.

In the said paper question No. 1 for 20 marks was asking about provision of Broadband connection under plan Home 1000 on 01.05.2009, the said service was introduced in Jan 2005 it means after the formation of BSNL and the chapter not comes in to DOT syllabus and after this date so many modifications implemented (Tariff, rentals, modem charges, discount etc) which is not available in Telecom tariff at a glance Edition 2009.

In question no 3 also for 20 marks and ask about provision of 2 Mbps data circuit under “Big Bit Benefit Scheme”, the information or charges about the scheme are not available in said reference book i.e Telecom Tariff At a Glance By S.Venkataraman edition 2006, 2009 nor in any approved manuals.

For the said paper for all India except AP circle all question given as theory with the aid of books in the practical paper where as for AP circle all practical questions given it is shown partiality on AP circle officials.

Hence I may be requested general secretary / Circle secretary to peruse the case and do justice in this matter and try for allotment of said marks which those attended them or cancelled the said paper
