Sub: LDCE for JAO-Part-II/40% - reg

I wish to present the following for your kind attention and early action:

I had appeared in the LDCE for JAO-Part-II/40% held on 4th, 5th & 6th January 2010 under Roll No.ANTC/PB/JAO-40/Part-II/2009/06 and have qualified in the examination with an aggregate of 301.
I am given to understand that of the 15 posts of JAO, 8 posts are set aside for direct recruitment and 7 are taken for departmental promotions, which appears to be on the wrong side. It is requested that the apportionment be kindly reviewed with reference to the rules on the subject and restore the right share to departmental promotions.
I am also given to understand that there is only one candidate who is eligible to appear under the 10% quota viz Jr.Acct./Sr.Acct. and the lone candidate was not successful in his attempt under that quota but has been declared successful under the general quota. Now that there are no further candidates, the post kept aside for 10% quota may now be brought under the 40% quota so that it could be filled up with the qualified candidate, now available under the 40% quota.
I further understand that of the 6 posts earmarked for 40%, one post is reserved for SC candidates whereas there are no such candidates in this circle. Hence it is requested that the post be de-notified as for General candidates so that being a qualified candidate, I am accommodated in that post.

I earnestly wish that these points would be viewed on their merit and as a qualified candidate, I be considered for promotion and posting as JAO.

In the event of all these requests and your reviews fail to give the desired positive result of declaring me successful and posting on promotion as JAO, in BSNL, A&N Circle, I express my willingness to be posted to any of the other BSNL Circles, so that my efforts in qualifying in the LDCE JAO –Part-II/40% do not go waste.

I once again request that my request be considered on their merit and I be caused to be declared successful and posted on promotion as JAO.
