so many years.. Our uniion has been consiisttenttlly urgiing upon tthe managementt tto holld tthe
exam.. By tthe ttiime tthe exam iis conductted,, so many preciious years have passed away and
tthiis iinordiinatte dellay has iitt’’s own iimpactt on tthe perfformance off tthe candiidattes who
appeared tthe exam.. Had tthiis exam been helld a ffew years ago,, tthe perfformance off tthe
same candiidattes woulld have been deffiiniittelly betttter tthan tthiis.. Thiis ffacttor may be
appropriiattelly ttaken iintto consiiderattiion by tthe managementt.. Furtther,, II allso requestt you tto
