Kindly refer to this office order (06 of 2010) of even subject no. dated 16.04.2010 on the cited above' This office has received references from field units seeking clarification whether the proposal for removal of disparity in pay includes only the direct recruited JTos of Recruitment year 2005 or whether it incrudes departmental candidates also who have been declared qualified as JTo in LlcE for Recruitment year 2005.
2' The matter has been examined in this office and it is clarified that the special dispensation of fixation of pay at Rs. 216201- is only for Direct Recruited JTos of Recruitment year 2OOS.
