Viide refference ciited above,, we submiitted a memorandum to you on some off the pressiing iissues off
the emplloyees.. One off these iissues whiich requiires your personall iinterventiion iimmediiatelly iis the
iintroductiion off NE--12 pay scalle,, whiich iis iinordiinatelly dellayed..
As per the NEPP agreement siigned on 30..08..2008,, NE--12 pay scalle has to be iintroduced ffor tiime
bound upgradatiion off the offffiiciialls iin the NE--11 pay scalle.. Affter prollonged dellay the BSNL C..O..
proposed the pay scalle off NE--12 as Rs..16380 – 30640 and thereaffter an understandiing has been
reached between the management and the uniion on 22..06..2011 that the NE--12 pay scalle can be
Rs..16390--33830..
Even affter more than 3 months,, thiis agreed pay scalle iis not yet approved by the BSNL Board..
Consequentlly the offffiiciialls due ffor the upgradatiion ffrom NE--11 to NE--12 are depriived off the beneffiit..
We now request your personall iinterventiion so that the BSNL Board meetiing iis helld iin thiis month
even iiff not pllanned tiillll now and the agreed NE--12 pay scalle iis approved by iit..
We shallll be thankffull ffor consiideriing thiis request..
