IDA from 1.1.2012

Today, Department of Public Enterprises issued orders  on payment of IDA on revised Pay Scales.  The revised IDA rate is 56.7% from 1.1.2012. Click here for DPE orders.

 Orders issued to provide Pre Paid GSM SIM with Rs.200 Talk Time to Telecom Mechanics

As already intimated by us, today orders have been issued by the Corporate Office. TMs /RMs on outdoor duties, select non executives on the basis of functional needs are eligible for this.   TACs Reconstituted

Followed with reconstitution of TACs for two years from 23.12.2011, Corporate Office has issued orders  and CGMs asked to  reconstitute TACs at  Telecom District level.

 FR 22(1)(a)(1)-- Case of Officiating JTOs

Delhi High Court by dismissing the case filed by BSNL ordered to implement FR22(1)(a) benefit to all Officiating JTOs. Principal Bench, CAT  has already ordered for the benefit to these group of officials. As the management continued reluctance in extending the benefit, contempt case was filed. Today, Principal Bench  ordered for personal appearance of CMD and GM (Est). Since the directive of  Delhi High Court  is already there, we hope the management will immediately extend the benefit to officiating JTOs.
